A Traffic Probe Data Marketplace for State Partners Overseen by the I-95 Corridor Coalition and University of Maryland

This document summarizes the I-95 Corridor Coalition’s Vehicle Probe Project (VPP). After initial success in 2009, VPP is planning a new project using real-time data from HERE, INRIX and TomTom to use to build performance measures.
